<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>

<p>2 (6 ounce) cans solid white tuna, packed in water, drained</p>
<p>3 green onions, white and tender green parts, chopped</p>
<p>1 medium ripe tomato, chopped</p>
<p>2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise</p>
<p>1 tablespoon lemon juice</p>
<p>1/8 teaspoon kosher salt</p>
<p>1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper</p>
<p>4 dashes hot sauce</p>

<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Preheat the broiler. Toast the bread in the toaster.</li>
<li>Combine the tuna, green onion, tomato, mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Spread ¼ cup of the tuna mixture onto each slice of toast. Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of cheese.</li>
<li>Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil until cheese is bubbling and slightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes.</li>

<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>

<p>2 tablespoons white wine vinegar</p>
<p>¾ teaspoon dry mustard</p>
<p>¼ teaspoon dried oregano</p>
<p>¼ teaspoon dried basil</p>
<p>1 garlic clove, minced</p>
<p>1 lb Bucatini or thick spaghetti, cooked according to package, drained and rinsed with cold water</p>
<p>4 green onions, white and green tender parts, chopped</p>
<p>1 cup frozen corn, thawed</p>
<p>1 celery stalk, chopped</p>
<p>½ cup chopped orange or yellow bell pepper</p>
<p>4 ounce can smoked tuna</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:</strong></p>

<li>In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, dry mustard, oregano, basil and garlic.</li>

<p>1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise</p>
<p>2 tablespoons Dijon mustard</p>
<p>1 tablespoons whole grain mustard</p>
<p>1 garlic clove, minced</p>
<p>1 tablespoon fresh lime juice</p>
<p>6 tablespoons sweet relish</p>

<p>1/2 cup chopped celery</p>
<p>1/2 cup chopped red onion</p>
<p>1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro</p>
<p>12 slices whole grain bread, toasted</p>
